I never saw it when it originally aired but I watched the replays in 83 and 84

(every Saturday) and wondered how this show could have missed...

Jon-Erik probably would have had a Brad Pitt career...

@sazzrhilee The video plays fine...it's gotta be the HQ that Youtube has. If you put it on pause and let it buffer a bit, it should work. My comp is a few years old and I find myself having to do that with nearly any video I watch now. I saw that tiny freeze for sec, but then I rewatched and it wasn't there. Sorry that happened.

@Voyagersguidebook Oh it did work, but I was just pointing out how at 0:47 he looks directly at the camera... I just thought I was special with him looking at me with those beautiful eyes... shame that's not the case. Thanks for clearing the problem up :)

I used to watch PM Magazine in my hometown of Chicago on Channel 32 (WFLD) until the station took it off the air to show nightly movies like Red Dawn and The Black Hole. I really miss PM Magazine.

I read in the Voyagers interviews that by this age, Meeno was already quite the little actor, Jon-Erik joked that he had a bigger trailer and taught him a lot, lol. I write a lot of fanfiction for the series, I even post videos for a few fictions sometimes if you browse around. I have a playlist for mine. I'm not the pres. of a club, but I help out the JEH FC out a lot with videos and things. :) Though a Voyagers fanclub is a cool idea. ;)

Thanks for all these great clips. This show was so awesome and sparked my interest in history as a yute. They should re-air them or come out with a new Voyager series for a new generation of kids to get engaged in history.

This was my FAVORITE show when I was little! I made my own "Omni" and played Voyagers for hours. I always thought the show ended when John died, I didn't know it was canceled before that.

I'm just glad the show finally came out on dvd. My audio tapes of the show are pretty worn out from years of listening to them. Back then we didn't have a vcr, until years later and when they did show voyagers they edited the show very badly. I was crushed when I heard about Jon-Erik Hexum dying. He was like a big cuddly bear!

LOL, Cuddly bear. I agree with you. The sci-fi channel hackings were the first episodes I've ever seen, I had no idea they were edited at the time. So happy to have these DVD's. Thanks for the comment.

That is a good question! All the fans are wondering why there were no extras. I've heard that Universal is pretty much bare bones when it comes to their releases and that's a shame. They could have added so many things I'm sure. Bios at least, still gallery (As obvious from the JEH sites on the web!) And an interview with Meeno about the show, I heard he didn't even know of it's release until it happened. Pretty sad.
