This is exactly what I wanted to do when I got into parkour. Just gotta find a place to do stuff like this. I watch this video and just relax. This is how things should be done. This video is one of my favorites of all time.
The training and "Parkour Literally" videos are the reasons I've subscribed to American Parkour. The musics always great and even if this guys flow isn't quite as good as the guy from the first three videos it just feels right. I honestly wish I lived in an area like this. I would go running all the time.
parkour is cool, and it takes skill, i admire those who make it look easy. however, those who hate flips, in my opinion, do so because they can't. there is also quite a lot of skill involved in combining free running and parkour. people should stop picking sides and understand that they are just forms of expression, take skill, dedication, and can be equally artful and captivating.
i do random movements for style in my parkour, there may be a better way to do it but i prefer my way because of how it looks. In other words i agree with you, do what your body tells you to do why your flowing. Dont force yourself to one style
@MerrokiTran Everything can be done without hurting yourself. You just need to train hard and not overestimate yourself. Don't try to do things you think you aren't ready for yet.
lmao, the elavator haha that was epic.

Very understated compared to the flashy freerunning that has become so popular. I like it.

@MikiDeFacto123 Why is that important?
niburcire 1 month ago
@niburcire It's so dumb when people say that freerunning (and by that they mean parkour)
will make you runaway faster.That's why.
MikiDeFacto123 1 month ago
Something's wrong here.. Nowadays we have to type in "Pure Parkour" to actually see Parkour, and not just FreeRunning...

Great parkour! But, the static effect on the soundtrack was a bit grating. Shame to have to mute an otherwise great song.
