I watched the movie, it was really not that good. It was bland, uninspiring, and loses its focus 20 minutes into the movie and never recovers. In fact, ALL of the good/memorable parts of the movie are in the trailers.

This is because the movie had more content and would have been longer but the MPAA rated that version of Hancock "R" twice. So to get down to the pg-13 rating that had to cut some incidentally vital stuff out. Still wanting Hancock release for the 4th the just did a bit of a reshoot.

This actually wasn't that great of a movie.

Solid start/first half, but too many absurd plot turns and ridiculous storyline 180's as it progressed to try and tie the end of the movie together.

Solid acting by the whole cast, but the story just became stupid and ridiculous.
