It's too bad the lighting wasn't right and the camera was so far away, but that's what you have to work with shooting a recital. It would be more effective to see you in a solo since that could be shot closer. See if you can make up a short modern solo piece or just demonstrate some of the moves; you could show just how hard that type of dance really is.
