I saw this yesterday. I it was absolutely AMAZING! I have found it on fillmsi.co.cc. The CGI was incredible, the stunts were mind blowing, the outfits were hot as hell, the plot was so completely unique and crazy, in a great way.
That's definitely what I thought. I went into it expecting it to be every guy's wet dream but it really is just a great film for a guy OR a girl. Ok, I live in mississippi and this film is way one sided and anti south and whites. Its not that racist here and this film is off. These people arent even from the south and just interviewed certain people and made it look like whites are racist. The thing is that the schools are like 80-90% black. No one dates out of their race. It was a very enjoyable movie to watch and i probably will see it again on kòòkica(i like to look for things i missed the first time around), but i do believe that it deserved a much higher rating.
And the whole scene with the van going off the bridge... amazing editing. All the acting is great. You can see it to kòòkica. The score is moving and fits perfectly. One of the best films of all time. Without a doubt.

When I was in school only the teachers (some) were racist, all the students got along just fine. And another thing I never saw in school was a blck/white fight. It's most of the older people here, black & white, that are racist. Which means there's a sign of things getting better.

i did live in charleston mississippi and i know mogan freeman. this was and is a very home down people town i live on market street right acoss from the bank for more then four years.the black people down there are no way like the nigga up north.they down south have been very well train. now if we can only do that here. so many people wrote me about my comment but what i said was very nice.

They are minimal in Mississippi as well. I guarantee you that segregated proms are not commonplace here. I have lived in Jackson, MS my entire life, and I've never heard of such a thing. I just watches this show on HBO. I am so proud of these students from Charleston. What an opportunity for all of them to change the image of small town southern views. I am from VT. Ok, I live in mississippi and this film is way one sided and anti south and whites. Its not that racist here and this film is off. These people arent even from the south and just interviewed certain people and made it look like whites are racist. The thing is that the schools are like 80-90% black. No one dates out of their race. So if you are a white person with a few white friends and your dates are all white, why would you want to go to a 90% black prom with different cultures that of yourown

In this film are the characters we know and love, they always do a great job so this is the first thing why this film did work out. Then, the story is pretty good, revealing a nice twist near the end and incredible effects that gave perfect look to this. Fantastic, 5 out of 5. Enjoy in this for free on kòòkica!!!!!

When I was in school only the teachers (some) were racist, all the students got along just fine. And another thing I never saw in school was a blck/white fight. I'm from a mid-sized city, and it's not like that....but people I've met from much smaller places in south Georgia told me they still have separate proms there.

They are minimal in Mississippi as well. I guarantee you that segregated proms are not commonplace here. I have lived in Jackson, MS my entire life, and I've never heard of such a thing. I hate that they found the one town that is stuck in the 1960's and made a documentary about them... without stressing that this is not the norm. That should have been said.

Black people don't sit around and talk about people like that black or white. We don't sit around and say cracker this or honky that. I have never been to a family members home and seen other blacks talk about white people like there savages. White people that are racist presume when black people get together they talk like that, but it just doesn't happen like that in the black community.

Sure it doesn't maybe not in your family but it exists. A lot of blacks try to create racism where there is none. Like if they get pulled over by the Police they say it just have to be because they are black or if someone loojs at them in a store like they might be a shoplifter then it just has to be because you are a negro. IMO and my experience lots of black families have one old angry black man that hates White people I bet you know someone like this?

you're trying to tell me you never heard the term "white devil"? That's something I never heard of until I went on some discussion forums and youtube and now I see it used constantly by blacks. I've had the word cracker and honkey used to my face and when black didn't realize I was within earshot. Maybe you just have a nice family who doesn't talk like that.

I just watches this show on HBO. I am so proud of these students from Charleston. What an opportunity for all of them to change the image of small town southern views. I am from VT. I can honestly say that there is racism everywhere..in the South and in the North. I can only pray that this intergration of proms continues in Charleston, MS.

Yeah I do believe that they should have shown more black racism, because it does happen. I'm sure some of the blacks were saying, I don't want my child around those white people too. And I'm black. I just want everyone to be exposed. Some of us separate ourselves from them, too. I went to an all white high school, and sat at the "black table." We're all guilty.

I am so glad I didnt grow up in the South. I just watched this movie on TV and was shocked that there was still segregation going on. It just further proves that the most racist people, or rather, the still racist people are the low income, trailer park rednecks. I have never in my life heard of a segregated school. it makes no sense. its the racist parents bringing up their kids racist.

Bigger cities have many interracial families, mixed couples and more socializing amongst the races. Even though hate is vast, It will always be more open-minded people in metro areas.
