9 year old hang glider

Anyone knows how much a hang-glider cost these days? Like the avrage price, try not to look like a tourist in a poor contry, they have monopolies(that means for a local that knows the economy will pay*example* 1 dollar while you have to pay 5) not realy 1 or 5 dollars, just an example, maybe I would buy 1 of 'em

I've wanted to hang glide since I started playing PilotWings ( which was about when I was 9 ). God, it seems like a miracle, the ability to fly without complicated controls. Just something that looks so simple, like this.

hey what's the minimal age to learn how to hang glide? I'm 14 and I always wanted to fly!! Hang gliding is very near flying like if you had wings.
