I was young when my dad died in 2002 also.. I never really knew my father, but great job on your poem! I can totally still relate.. You just feel like a piece is missing. At least im not the only who thinks that..

very nice and moving poem, however at least you got to know your dad, my cousin never really got to know her father he died when she was I think 15. Her mother wouldnt let her see him after they got divorced so my Uncle (her dad) was left not knowing his only child he just had pictures and only a few visitations every year if he was even lucky to get that. and when he was battling kiarii he I dont think he saw his daughter at all which was for several years then he died from a car accident

Awesome poem my dad died 2 months ago tomorow. He was a major druggy but he was my bf i would tell him everything. He killed himself, he hung himself and then i took a whole jar of pills cuz i wanted to be with him so ik what its like im rlly sorry about ur dad
