It's not even the dollar amount--- it's the sentiment that Republicans feel that revenues need to come from the poor and middle class, and that the wealth of the top .01% needs to be protected-- that is so infuriating.
Society costs money, Mr Emmer. Taxing people FAIRLY is what is needed; Republicans are slaves to and for the rich, and do not serve the common good.
Beware of politicians bearing gifts. When you elect them you are handing them your credit card, everything they give you was just charged on it.
