false grip really hurts... how do I improve my False grip, I can hardly pull myself up in false grip, although on a straight bar I can do 20+ pull ups, 30+ dips
@changyunited If you're strong enough to do that many pull-ups, you just need to tough out the pain. False grip sucks at first, but it'll get more comfortable with practice. Think of "wrapping" the wrist around the ring rather than trying to hang your body weight off of the rings.
Ryan was a gymnast, so the pointed toes come from that. Pretty, right?
Really, there should be no part of the technique that's accidental. Whether toes are pointed or not, the important thing is that you are conscious of their position.
