Interesting topic, and a well-made video. For my money it's just a passing fad among young people and it's going to stay insofar as it helps communication instead of obfuscating it. So I think one or two phrases will stay and the rest will fall by the wayside, so to speak.

@pawsoned I disagree, I think its here to stay, and that scares me simply because it's destroying the English language. already i've heard too many kids use it. I hope you are right.
