I live in four hills a neighborhood bordering kirtland afb i see crazy crap like this all the time. Trust me this has something to do with the base.

i saw the exact same thing outside of my work once while having a smoke..oddly a plane was trailing it..moved at the same speed..still too fast for a weather balloon..great catch..watchers
