Just because a person has a gorgeous face and/or figure doesn't necessarily mean that the beauty translates into a "model" photo. Just to reiterate what the video pointed out, if any one agency asks for money upfront, it is a scam between us and the wall. Please also know that those modeling schools mainly want money from customers.

I modeled for 6 years. (Male model). Started when I was 15. After the 6th year I realized I didn't feel like I had accomplished anything. Quit, went to college and decided to get a medical degree. I'm in my 1st year of pre med now. One of my friends wants me to quit pre med and go back to modeling, she wants to be my agent. A lot of people have said it was a bad choice. "Not everyone can be a model, why quit if you are someone who can?" I'm happier now.
