Fire Gear Bunker Gear Buy Or Rent Fire School Academy?

Need to be very careful getting it off Ebay. Do not know if the gear is out of date, needing repairs or not compliant. If it needs to be repaired, you can not just have your Mom repair it but it must be repaired by an authorized repair that has the certifications. You are going into burning buildings and other places that you need to be protected. Check with your school for the requirements on your gear.

I would never buy Turnout gear on eBay because you don't know what it has been exposed to , and you don't want to bring it home it could be in home that is disgusting or could have a blood from a medical that was hepatitis you just don't know, and I'm sure you don't want that either well I hope this was helpful good luck and stay safe from Jeremy

The problem with buying used equipment from eBay is most is old and does not meet new regulation. The rental equipment does meet the newest standard, or should.
