congrats man good job. i just started the program, and the soreness is unreal for the first week lol which i guess is a good thing. With ab ripper x, i know your supposed to do 25 reps each.. i find myself only being able to do about 15 reps, especially towards the end. is that okay for just starting the program?
@nykspree08 Haha that soreness is common! Since you just started, you're not going to be able to do all the reps that Tony does, and all you can do is push yourself. You make progress from week to week.

Hey, I want to get muscular. the only problem is I'm really underweight...like im 6 ft and 126lbs...i eat like a horse, but i gain no weight. what will p90x do for me?
I'm currently on something completely different. I looked like you in the beginning but have 14lbs in 3 months, but I still have lovehandles. I know they are the last thing to go, but how can I get them to go quicker? I did P90x for about 1 month w/diet and the workouts just seemed terrible to me. There is no calorie counting based on BMR or anything like that. I've been doing crossfit and eating calories to keep current body weight at a sedentary pace.
So what do I do If I just want to gain muscle mass? I'm 20 and only weigh 135lbs. Don't know how well all the healthy eating will benefit me. Any suggestions?
Amazing man. In my case after 8 months of gym and another 7 months of break, I started p90x classic program and now im in my 8th week, I recovered my shape of the good old times in gym in just one month, and im getting better everyday, ive gained 4 kg in one month and no suplements nor diets (only taking care of not eating junk food and all this)

I eat as healthy as I can, but I don't think it's enough......I have no idea what I'm doing. ;\
@cntbzkt ive finished first 2 phases, eating like always, and the results were quite fine. Ive stopped p90x cause of numerous obligations, and results are there for quite a while now.
@cntbzkt It's probably 100 percent your diet, unless you are just slacking hardcore on the workouts. You really do have to work hard on the workouts. The diet however is the most critical component of any workout routine, whether you're just weightlifting in the gym, or following a program like p90x. If your diet is wrong or sucks, all the hard work you're doing won't amount to much.

ive bin debating the p90x for a while now since majority of my work outs have bin from home anyway for the past 6 months (recovering from a broken ankle) but now that ive started walking again etc i want to use the gym alot more.
do the p90x work out program (as ive heard its more for home workouts) allow you to do them at the gym etc
@uni68 You can do them at the gym as long as you have the Fitness Guide, which shows you all the exercises. However, it's better with the DVD's because you can keep pace with Tony.

i ordered P90x last night over the internet. I just don't know if it came with the chart and the nutrition plan and the ab ripper and all the other free things that it was telling me in the infomercial. does anybody know if it will.?
I will be getting the shipment in about a week and i will start right away.
does anybody have any tips on what i can do now while it comes to prepare my body for this. should i do some kind of system cleaning or something.?

first of all great results mate
ive bin debating the p90x for a while now since majority of my work outs have bin from home anyway for the past 6 months (recovering from a broken ankle) but now that ive started walking again etc i want to use the gym alot more.
do the p90x work out program (as ive heard its more for home workouts) allow you to do them at the gym etc

@uni68 You can do them at the gym as long as you have the Fitness Guide, which shows you all the exercises. However, it's better with the DVD's because you can keep pace with Tony.

Great job!!!! My husband and I both need to get into shape I've just had my 2nd child and my body is way heavier than when I was in high school I'm really interested in this and all these videos I've seen with people getting results is really inspiring!
