I didn't have the boxes to my cards because I got them who knows when, but I find that doing an overhand shuffle and false cut works just as well. the only down side is that you have to shuffle it yourself which could make could make your spectator suspicious.

Mismag please stop pausing the video when you link the original performance.It's really annoying to unpause it and you know no one checks out the original performance,everyone wants to know how it's done.
Nice math trick, but the only problem is that a lot of ur tricks including this one take to much time and bores the audience. Nice idea of having card in deck so that no matter how much the spectator mixes u can have a certain card on top or bottom of deck. U can invent a trick pretty much. 3/5
One idea for how to maybe get past the oddness of putting them back in the box is if you have your 6 cards set up in the opposite boxes and then tell them you're going to psychically link the two decks by placing the decks in each other's boxes, so the red deck goes in the blue box and the blue deck goes in the red box.
@mjr256 I wedge the force cards in the box under the flap of the closed end of the box then place the rest of the deck in the box on TOP of the flap. You can then start with the cards in the box ( a more natural way to start ) and by gently sliding the cards out the force cards will remain in place untill you put them back in for the load. I like your idea too so I'm going to start putting the RED force cards in the BLUE box and vice -versa!

@livingjustfordying According to The 1828 Noah Webster's Dictionary the word is spelled Aluminum not Aluminium. Aluminium is the Britttish spelling, and the word is pronounced with 5 syllables. Both are acceptable, however most of the world spells it Aluminum and pronounces it with 4 syllables. Deal with it.

Camera - check out the quality of the 2 videos. 2.) cards - Mismag wouldn't be caught dead with "old" cards 3.) but here's the big one - the hands - look at the skin, the build, the manerisms of performing a card trick. Calibus has thick midlge aged hands, the wedding ring it tight. mismag has thinner older hands, the wedding ring is looser - no ossense to either magician just my own observations :)

Here's the problem with this trick. The cards start in the box and are generally removed when you're ready to perform it. You have to leave 6 cards behind in the box without them noticing, for both boxes. That does not seem like it will be easy to do.

@livingjustfordying According to The 1828 Noah Webster's Dictionary the word is spelled Aluminum not Aluminium. Aluminium is the Britttish spelling, and the word is pronounced with 5 syllables. Both are acceptable, however most of the world spells it Aluminum and pronounces it with 4 syllables. Deal with it.

Second of all, I do live in Canada. It is a country. We have free healthcare, which is better than yours. We have a 97% literacy rate, which is better than yours. I disagree, they are not the same person. Here's why i think so: 1.) Camera - check out the quality of the 2 videos. 2.) cards - Mismag wouldn't be caught dead with "old" cards 3.) but here's the big one - the hands - look at the skin, the build, the manerisms of performing a card trick. Calibus has thick midlge aged hands, the wedding ring it tight. mismag has thinner older hands, the wedding ring is looser - no ossense to either magician just my own observations :)

Here's the problem with this trick. The cards start in the box and are generally removed when you're ready to perform it. You have to leave 6 cards behind in the box without them noticing, for both boxes. That does not seem like it will be easy to do.
