i gotta question about the parties..how do you get invited (through friends?) and where do they have them just straight up in their dorms? Oh yea and is it easy to meet friends if ur sociable but not like super sociable if ya know what im saying..

You mostly just pregame in the dorms. Parties you either find out through friends, party promoters, or your friends have their own apartments outside NYU housing. And it is very easy to make friends, dont worry!

Depends on which school you are applying to. I am in College of Arts and Science. Most of my classes are large, but now since I am going into my second semester of sophomore year the classes begin to get smaller. Half the classes are a challenge the other half are easy. It depends on your major and how interested you are in it though. Living in the city allows you to have many opportunities at hand, job/internship wise.

@nancykills NYU is really for a particular student. If you want football games and school spirit then this is not the school for you. Socially speaking, you will find quirky individuals. Bros and ditzy girls are rare. Everyone is unique and not carbon copies of each other so it is nice in that sense. The only con is the tuition price.
