@owlcity101ful apply eyeliner starting at the outside of the iris, about one third of the way out, dragging it to the edge of your eye. Do the same on lower lashline So your just lining your outer corner. Then take am eyeliner brush and smudge the edges so it's not an obvious line. Hope this helps!
