Being a lifelong 3 Stooges fan I can't see 2 6'2 actors playing Moe and Curly who were 5'4 and 5'6. Their short stature is one of the characteristics that made their slapstick comedy so hilarious. I'm one who can't stand it when actors don't look like the people they portray. It ruins the whole movie because all I'm thinking about is; "they don't look the part." I hope these over 6 footers prove me wrong. I'm old enough to have seen the Stooges live at the circus in Detroit in the early 60's.

I think they'll probably use the same techniques they did to make Elijah Wood look shorter as Frodo in Lord of the Rings. If they do I have faith it'll turn out ok. Jim Carrey has already gained a ton of weight for the role and people that have seen him say his Curly impressions are spot on.
