@TheHotshotmama I saw Neil Finn play last night in Sydney and he did indeed comment on Susan Boyle singing this song. His very words were " Without Sounding facetious, you can't choose who your children sleep with..."

@sethqat What he was saying was that once an artist writes and releases their music (their children) the artist can't pick and choose who can do a cover version of it.

@dossery100 Where's the hypocrasy? He wrote the song. He should receive any and all royalties. He obviously feels luke warm about her covering the song. Ask Susan or her handlers if she feels like sending all the proceeds from this one cover back to Neil. That would be a nice gesture.

Just soooo perfect and spine-tingling!!! Lady Susan's voice is just full of emotion ... so clear and moving. I've never heard her in better VOICE ... and the kids' choir perfectly complimented SUSAN'S singing. I'm eagerly awaiting The Gift CD more than ever, but I can't imagine the CD TRACK bettering this powerful performance on OPRAH .....
