there's an episode of "happy days" i'm looking for. joanie is set up on a date with the son of someone mr. cunningham knows. the son comes to the house, where he & joanie are going to spend the evening watching tv while mr & mrs. c go out. the young man seems really square & nerdy, but as soon as mr & mrs c leave he tries to put the moves on joanie, then mr. c comes back & chases him out. anyone else remember this episode?

Love how that one scene when Chachi is so nervous asking Joanie out that he awkwardly points his finger...and since his voice is changing, it cracks and squeaks. Poor Chachi must have been so embarrassed!

If I remember correctly, lots of the other guys often teased Chachi because he was so sensitive and socially awkward and kind of neurotic.

Love this...all quaint and old-fashioned. I remembered why I loved that loveably awkward, nervous Chachi also; what a sweetie-pie he is. He and Joanie were both so sweet and made a swell couple.

No I'm not kidding. She said so on the show herself. She was supposed to lose 8 pounds but only lost 3 because she never followed the diet. The Enquirer later revealed that the reason she needed the money was to pay her mortgage because her house was going into foreclosure. Also Tina Yothers went on some show and called Erin a bipolar mess (I read that in a message board).

Woof! Don't believe all you hear but like, consider it at the very least. Tabloids make money on scandals. Words are thrown around in whatever connotation gets the most readership. Yellow Journalism in gold or something. For all we know, a bipolar mess means someone whose conflicted and burned out. It happens alot and most often to stars who are forced to be misunderstood so disrespectful photogs and writers can keep a job and feed some kind of vice. That's about all they won't say. ;)

@Coryraisa Hahaha, I heard Scott is just a Hollywood image and Chachi is the genuine article. You go to a premiere, you're gonna see Scott on the red carpet. You go to a burger joint and accidentally bump into someone, turn around and its gonna be Chachi. That's not what tabloids would have you believe though. Not that they ever have been honest. Scott Baio was born in 1961 and Erin Moran was born in 1960. She is a year older than him, yet she looked much older than him appearance-wise. He appeared at age 15 while Erin was already 16 years old. Scott looked like he never aged at all. Anne Rice vampire beauty secret, I suppose. LOL! Just kidding. Just kidding! LOL.
