I don't know why people want to break through to America - in comparison to the UK, the US is just limited when it comes to music. I understand that he wants to do well in the country that he is from but, hey, it was only "mildly frustrating".

They basically spawned Rock and Roll through the Blues and Jazz scene. The whole punk rock genre started with the Ramones. Britain had Lennon while the Yanks had Dillon. The seventies was mostly all British with Queen and Zeppelin. While the eighties was the man in your favorites Michal Jackson, who sold out tickets in the UK in minutes. Kings OF Leon are currently the best band in the world. Real limited...
