  • DE Q PELICULA ES LA ESCENA, Y SI LA PUEDES CARGAR COMPLETA LA PELI

  • translation is ok, i could do better but i'm chinese, so i guess i'm biased XD

however the title is wrong, technically his not really a dork, just one of those watered down students you find in MOST if not ALL martial schools i.e the mentality of "remember this form properly and bam you're a black belt and that means you're a good fighter" when a real fighter has real understanding of each move with actual fighting experience

without that you can still lose to non martial artists

  • only if bruce lee still lived

  • I would've said, "I ain't goin nowhere, asshole".

  • 1:06 Beard/Water spit take!!

  • Comment removed

  • whats the name of the movie ffs !

  • Also, one more thing: Jesus said in Matthew 26:52 "... for all who live by the sword shall die by the sword." In other words, don't dedicate your life to this fighting path or another fighting technique, or combat or killing. It is more wise and better to dedicate your life to learning the path of righteousness through Jesus. Let the angels fight for you.

  • @RockerDave12 What you fail to comprehend is that Martial Arts teaches more than just fighting. It teaches inner strength, acceptance, patience, kindness. Same things the bible teaches. Only Martial Arts doesnt cause hatred and war like the bible does.

  • @rarebird1957 I completely agree with you, I don't really recall any wars that were started or whos better at martial arts. However I do recall a bunch of wars started over others not believing in others religions.

  • @SlimeKnightGaming ....yep, the Quran comes to mind.

  • @rarebird1957 ....Sir,the Bible does not "cause" anyone to hate or wage war, only decieved and arrogant people have commited bloodshed in the name of religion. it's the same with martial arts ,only decieved ,arroagant, and egostistical people can use martial arts for the wrong purposes.

  • @MrKurt1962 yes, and that is the problem, we have a whole lot of very arrogant people who just wants war, and then uses religion as an excuse

  • @RockerDave12 Really?? What about all the wars that were fought in the old testament, David slaying Goliath, Bringing down the walls of Jericho, ect ect. Easy to only quote part of the bible and neglect the rest.

  • @Warborn138 ...Name one society or civilization through history that hasn't used religion or politics to wage war. The ancient Isrealites were not barbarians slaughtering people in the name of God as many believe, they were simply defending thier nation against all threats. they had every right.

  • @MrKurt1962 I agree, one has the right to defend themselves. I was replying to the RockerDave joker who seems to think that we should all lie down like sheep and wait for the slaughter. I was pointing out that despite the new testament teachings of peace and all that jazz, the old testament was full of smiting and war.

  • @MrKurt1962 umm canada? I don't think we have but I don't know. We have participated in wars but I don't recall politics or religion brought into it, we're just peacekeepers.

  • @Warborn138 All I heard was the walls of jericho so thats good

  • @Warborn138 can u prove that even happened? or is it just a moral for life

  • @Warborn138 I believe that's what everyone does with everyone else's religions.

  • @RockerDave12 ...And what if the angels don't show up when you're at the mall parking lot, or at work when you get carjacked and can't defend yourself or your loved ones? God has allowed bad things to happen to good people, in fact, it happens all the time! Are you familiar with Job? God allowed Satan to attack him,his family, and his property. Read it!

  • @RockerDave12 ....Defending oneself or your loveds is NOT "living by the sword"! That is referring to people who premeditate to kill and murder.

  • Paths? It's funny to me how all of you guys call your fighting styles "paths". Indeed you are all right, according to Matthew 7:13-14;

"You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.

"But narrow is the gate, and NARROW IS THE PATH, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it."

  • @RockerDave12 You really sound ridiculous man. The Kingdom of God is everlasting life and in ANY kingdom there is need for different jobs/roles/"paths". I really hope you dont think Jesus preached a chaotic circus where grapes fly into your mouth and you sleep with 70 virgins. Fact: Kings rule kingdoms, not religions(which are exclusively of men). Indeed then, angels fight and so must men(hence Jesus said carry a sword). A man who doesnt protect his family is a coward-fool.

  • @jamlimited3 ...Couldn't have said it better myself. it's sad that some of my fellow chrisitians are pacifists.... they don't understand that "turning the other cheek" doesn't mean to become a doormat not able to fight back or defend oneself.

  • @MrKurt1962 I agree...pacifism is ungodly...its cowardly, foolish, and sinful. People focus on Jesus being beat and crucified...as if He were helpless. They so quickly forget that He did this to protect His own and they also forget that He swore that He will return in a more physical stance(this time covered int he blood of His enemies that He, Himself, will destroy).

  • @RockerDave12 Your post is inappropriate. This is a Martial Arts movie thread.

  • i lol'd so hard when the master slapped that kid xD 1:30

  • 0:29 :"young man, i advise you to play it safe. if you want to learn kung fu, you´d better start froim scratch."

  • @Yaazify THE MASTER I KNOOOOW. THANKS EVERYBODY!!!

  • @Yaazify The Master

  • @Yaazify Im pretty sure this is Jet Li's "The Master". I notice there is a white girl in this film....not many Jet Li films have white girls in them. I think he looks younger too so its another sign that this film is "The Master". I would be very shocked to find out this film is one I never saw(because I made it a mission long ago to watch all of Jet Li's films).

  • @Yaazify the master :))))

  • Comment removed

  • @Mellysonsan I don't believe that is correct.

  • @iGlyphix you are totally right. I was sitting at home watching tv and realized my comment wasnt correct. My bad!

  • @hardrocklive91 , Jet Li The Master!

  • scares him, hooks his right shin, and side air stomp his other leg. XD!

  • thats funny looooooooooool

  • master of retard more like

  • that beard is hilarious

  • Epic beard....

  • And hence the problem with trying to "showcase" pure martial arts in a regulated sports fight like, say, the UFC. Wihtin such unrealistic parameters, the art or system cannot be displayed properly without nearly or completely terminating someone.

  • @lslewis It amazes me how many Martial Artists (Instructors) do not appreciate that there are 3 aspects to Martial Art 1.Sport (UFC, Judo, Olympic TKD, etc..) 2. Self Defense (defending against dirty tactics & weapons) 3. Art of the Arts sake (Aikido, Karate Forms, Kendo) All have combative qualities, but each are practiced w/different ends in mind. MMA is my favored path, but I respect all Martial Artists & All paths.

  • @SuccessMMA Aikido is very effective, and Karate katas you mean?

Forms are easy ways to give a student a large amount of moves with an easier way, it's to learn the moves. Karate in its purest form, not the americanized crap, is very effective and violent.

  • @TheReadySetShout You are a perfect example of what I was referring to, lol!

  • @SuccessMMA Aikido is seen as the most practical martial art style for street fighting, mainly cuz it wins with doing minimal damage to the enemy so you don't get in trouble for it later. So to say it's a flashy work of art.

  • @TheReadySetShout I think any martial art could be practical it just depends on how it's used or if you use it right.

  • @TheReadySetShout No, it's not. There's no consensus as to what is the most practical martial art for street fighting. On the street, aikido is definitely not guaranteed to leave your opponent unharmed or minimally harmed, since they'll fall on concrete and are likely not trained to take a fall. Also, it takes a really long time to train to the point where it's usable in an actual fight.

  • @Linkachu117 You are speaking shit, did I say anything about effectiveness. A good aikido-ka could beat the person with minimal effort. And it doesn't take a long time, it takes americans a long time to do it. Also if you are fighting multiple people at once, it requires you to throw them on the ground sometimes. But if you are fighting one person you keep hold of their arm and wait for cops to show up, only an idiot wouldn't realize this. Whatever you can do without being courted by law.

  • @TheReadySetShout no, it takes a long time compared to other martial arts. A person that's trained in Aikido for a month compared to somebody trained in say, Muay Thai or Krav Maga would be next to useless. Aikido, which takes tremendous amounts of technique to be effective absolutely takes much more time and effort, it doesn't matter who trains in it. Good Aikidoka (whatever nationality makes no difference, try to refute that and give proof) will invariably all have trained for years at least.

  • @TheReadySetShout Aikido is very effective for doing what Aikido does, Same with Karate Forms (the English word for Kata is form). I admit they both have combative qualities. However, the fact remains Brock Lesnar was not practicing Katas to prepare for his cagefights. Muhammad Ali probably did not practice alot of Aikido to prepare for Sonny Liston. Each Art has it's own ends in mind. One would have to be either naive or very narrow minded to deny it, and many are.

  • @SuccessMMA you're use to the "americanized" martial arts. True Martial Masters never wanted the west to learn it, so thank Mr. Bruce Lee for bringing it over seas. I personally don't believe in learning martial arts in america, i would rather go to china/japan/korea, etc etc and learn the real martial art not some monthly fee at your local dojo by some half-assed instructor. but hey thats just me

  • @criixt although you are right in the sense that many american teachings are somewhat watered down there are still may that are respectable, if anything learn what you can in america and if you really want to then move to asia and learn more over there.

  • @worldDuck7 eh, it wouldnt do me much good lol i can barely speak the language out there, but yeh

  • @criixt rosetta stone works pretty well.

  • @criixt Hisao Abe taught Judo in Bakersfield California in 1935, Robert Trias opened the 1st US Karate Dojo in Phoenix Arizona in 1945. It is popularly believed that Bruce Lee brought Gung Fu to the US in 1959, but that is a pop culture misconception James Lee(no relation) had been teaching Gung Fu in Oakland to whites & Blacks for years when Lee got there. Both Jigoro Kano & Gichin Funakoshi are well known to have encouraged the dissemination of the knowledge of their Arts.

  • @SuccessMMA There are even more different types. =)

  • @SuccessMMA well said. However, i think the majority of them feel the same way. Peace. (practicioner of a lil judo (while in Japan), a lil, shaolin kung-fu, kajukenbo and nintaijutsu)

  • Comment removed

  • @RevRichmond1 Thank You. I have met many good respectable Instructors who do appreciate the difference, unfortunately as you can see by the pluthera of misguided comments, there is still alot of misunderstanding. Peace & Respect to you sir.

  • @SuccessMMA

1 retard told me martial arts is all about war and fighting, etc. But even if that was true, which it is not, martial arts can still be more then that.

  • @SuccessMMA Its great to see an MMA practioner with such an understanding, usualy alot of meat heads argue over whats better and whats worse, instead of who is better and who is worse..

    great comment

  • @Deftmind martial arts is whatcha make it; it took them a while but martial law isnt! we ALL have an art in us it finds us all and its the evil that makes it dark be kind 2 all evil hates kindness the master would say it ha

  • @Deftmind Thanks! It's good for me to see there are those who "get it".

  • @SuccessMMA I agree with you!

  • @SuccessMMA mma is pointless to learn in one group of classes, just learn all the styles separately so it' is not diluted

  • @abmilzo Bruce Lee, creator of "the art of fighting" aka "the style thats not a style" aka Jeet Kune Do aka mixed martial arts(using only what is effective for the individual based on universal and intellectual principles) would disagree. You dont try all drugs to know which ones work or not...rather you find out whats most effective just like you implement effective skills in your game based on your size, build, strength, endurance, etc. Dont be a martial art whore(with many masters)

  • @abmilzo It doesn't work that way. You can't just learn separate fighting systems throw them together & hop to make it work. You must also have an understanding of how to blend the skills you are learning so that when you fight you flow seamlessly. An example wrestlers are taught to keep there heads up when shooting double leg takedowns. In MMA this will get you Guillotine Choked. You must learn the sport of MMA as a whole. In the future this will be the case.
