I absolutely love Peter O'Toole's voice. It is so sophisticated, refined, and is full of respect for anyone with the chance to hear it. His voice is one of the reasons I love this movie, and thankfully he was given a beautiful monologue that perfectly reflects him.
But seriously, Peter O'Toole could have been the first person nominated for an acting Oscar for voice-over work only. Because this is nothing less than the greatest monologue in the past five years.
ego may have been harsh but all it took was a little food that taste just like how his mom use to make it and boom he turns into the nicest man you see... thats funny but very good ending
Not any story can be great. But a great story can come from anywhere. J.K. Rowling was unemployed when she was writing the first Harry Potter book. Frankenstein was written for a dare.
The true mark of a great film is not in the way that it is shown to you. Be it Live action, Claymation or Animation. It is something far deeper that lies in the story itself. Animation is as much of an art form as cooking, painting or Architecture. You just need to know where to look.
One of the 10 greatest Disney characters ever. the order is (in my opinion) 1. Oogie Boogie (The Nightmare Before Christmas) 2. Ramsley (The Haunted Mansion) 3. Randall (Monsters, Inc.) 4. Banzai (The Lion King) 5. Scar (The Lion King) 6. Jack (The Nightmare Before Christmas) 7. Hades (Hercules) 8. AUTO (Wall·E) 9. Anton Ego (Ratatouille) 10. Jafar (Aladdin)
As I thought that Maestro should have been too busy to watch DVD and never thought of that kind of world to creat his music. It is good to be free for our mind to be realy energetic, isn't it? Another point was what the critic had said at last.
Pixar, who wrote this?

Just watched this last night, and Anton Ego was my favourite part, both when he was seemingly the villain and his turn.
Great film overall.

The writing is truly amazing. The delivery doesn't hurt either.

Listen to this on purpose! Most people I know don't like or understand this movie, but it has so much going on underneath the story!
Pixar FTW!

Truer words were never spoken... this elevated the movie from a fun family film to a animated classic, imho...
