If correct VV Cephi would occupy all the space out to Jupiter and light takes 35mis to get there so double that and light would take 1hr & 10mins to cross Cephi but still huge . The black hole they found 350mil light yrs away in Galaxy NGC 4889 has the mass of 20Bil suns and an event horizon that is 10 times the diameter of our solar system . This massive garbage disposal would be 10,000,000 times the mass of VV Cephi , when all stars burn out & nothing but these giant black holes , what?

Im not sure what the exact measurements are, but apparently vv cephei is so large it takes light a couple days (or something like that) to cross its surface. Which means, if you were standing at one end and looking across its surface you would be looking at the other end as it was a couple days in the past. I might be incorrect, it might be more like a few hours but thats still amazing!

Guys there are already 2 known stars larger than this one. sure this star is big, but WOH G64 is bigger. VY Canis Majoris is EVEN bigger. VY Canis Majoris is a star that is as big as the Sun to Uranus. But if it was put at the center of the Solar System, it would reach only as far out as Saturn. It is a star that is 1,700,000,000 Miles (3,063,500,000 Km) in Diameter. It would take 8 hours for light to travel around the star once, while taking 14.5 seconds for the sun.
