    Also: When doing Camel, the instructions are to bring top of hips back even tho you're pushing thighs forward. This is difficult for me to do

  • i have a problem with bending my wrist back to do handstand,i can do it on my knuckles but it soome gets to be a problem. could i do headstand or shoulderstand instaed?
