Well, a full recording of the song was made. But the only MP3s out there are just clips of the song's use in the movie: One that's 1.5 minutes and is instrumental (aside from the chorus), and this 1.2 clip here.

The full track did not appear on the soundtrack, and to my knowledge it's never been released otherwise.

Hopefully someday it'll get released in both instrumental and vocal versions...
