It happens in politics where a politician will attack the other side but never mention how they would do things differently if they were in charge, why? because it requires hard work and even at the end of it the person doing the criticising might have to accept that there are things (weather etc) which is outside out control hence droughts etc.

For instance, Stalinists believe that communism should be established in a singular state and then spread when it is stable. Trotskyists believe in a "World Revolution" in which communism is established spontaneously in many different parts of the world. I hope this helped :)

Hah that first guy Celtic Alphabet made me laugh for two reasons. One Celts due to there centuries long aversion to writing don't have an alphabet we either stole the Latin one and changed the sounds purely out of spite, or used proto forms of writing like Ogham. And secondly because Celts generally speaking are more likely to support Socialism then other groups in Western Europe, just look at the UK with Celtic areas having governments to the left of Centre to the English.
