  • How wonderful of you to share your knowledge with us. Thank you.

  • @saeidmomtahan You are most welcome. I am glad you like the eggplant kebab recipe. You can add sliced onions green bell peppers and tomatoes over the kebab for more flavor and sauce if you want. Try it it is very easy and please share your experience with us. I would love to hear from you.

  • wow this is fantastic!! i must try this one some day!!

  • Forced advertisement is a bad idea. I know I don't like it. I would never patronize if I am forced to watch an ad about a service or item.

So to those who advertise before a video... you are wasting your resources and more importantly my time.

A way to do it is to advertise at the end of the video. In this case the viewer has the choice to watch the ad or simply go to another video.

  • I am trying it right now, thank you for the recipe!

  • I made this dish and my family also loves it! Thank you for such an easy recipe but very tasty. 5 stars!!

  • hi 64s.Ground beef, 1 and 1/4 pounds. 3 or 4 eggplants. 1/4 tsp of black pepper. 1/4 tsp. of red pepper. 1 tbls chilli paste. salt to taste. You don't have to use ghee to rub on the eggplant pieces. that's specially imported if you are going to barbecue the kebobs first. or unless your meat is extreemly lean. Cook covered in 400 preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until the meat is cooked and eggplants are soft. Then uncover and cook another 10 minutes. Enjoy and God bless.

  • Thank you so much!

  • Hello abirco2, thank you for your comment. You can definitely add onions to the meat mixture. The chopped tomato on top would be a good addition as well.
