  • it's best to focus and relax the muscle.. if you feel tension with the mind its gonna hurt.. you really have to close your eyes breath and relax internaly, the body tends to tighten up as a reflex to pain like a defense mechanizem.. if u relax your mind first then your body and your muscles youl see the pain will go down and you will be able to stretch more. :)

  • i held 175 for 1 minute today painful as hell
