  • Thanks dude

  • does this amp messes up with a loud snare and a marshall guitar stack? Or better said, do the people hear you?

  • @IwannaBEamerican I have played with a marshall stack and a hard hitting drummer. No problem hearing myself even with the single 12" speaker

  • about time. this is hunestly one of the best sounding amps i've ever heard albeit short on power.

  • @CRAZYSTOO

Yes I love the thickness of this amp. I'm actually very confident in the power section. One of the keys for me to get more power out of it is to reduce the resonance and lower the EQ. It really helps open the amp up at higher volumes.

  • can you get some awsome distortion out of it?

(can't really hear because of youtube compression)

  • @actionfleet

Yeah I can get some serious dirt out of it especially with my P bass wiith flats. With the NOS tubes the distortion is a little less trebly than wiith the stock 12AX7s. The NOS 12AT7s bring out a really nice middy thickness in the distortion.

  • @Muckaluck589 thanks man!

  • great sound! How does it work at higher volumes? like the bass too

  • @stefanobass75 Haven't had a chance to really open it up. I'll report back once I do a gig with it.

  • @Muckaluck589

Finally got a chance to play this rig out the other weekend. Higher volumes brought out the thick mids much more and I had no trouble cutting through a cranked 40 watt Marshall and a Fender Blues Deluxe. No problem with the volume at this point, especially consiideriing the relatively inefficient Acme cab.

  • Sounds Killer!

  • @twowheelzforme

    Thanks!
