I think the problem is that most people don't have an ounce of skepticism or any idea on how to apply critical thinking.

3 - Although not fully understood near death experiences are almost certainly hallucinations. (And certainly NOT evidence of an afterlife.)
4 - UFO's again are bullshit. And pushed by people who demonstrably have no standards of evidence whatsoever. With the aliens in the stories always acting in very silly unscientific ways. Alien life is probably scarce in the universe anyway and advanced life more scarce still. So it's extremely unlikely there are visiting aliens, to say the LEAST.
5 - Deja Vu is interesting, although attaching mystical psionic significance to it is very silly. It has more to do with thing as false memories.

Everything is made up of energies (quantum, unknown, or mixtures of both).
God is ultimate and original source of energy, therefore able to bend space-time at will and create/destroy at will.
Spiritual bodies made up of a sort of energy, can interact with matter (change/take form, ie: 'UFO' and aliens).

Theres always a mis-interpretation of the NDE. Clinically dead is when your heart stops beating. Near death is when your in an accident and come close to it. But alot of these people with these experiences are literally dead. It's not near, but a death experience. There have been people dead for HOURS and come back.

as far as the near death experience, it is real a woman who was born blind had a stroke and was technically dead for 7 minutes, when she was brought back she was able to describe the room she was in from the perspective of a third person observer, she was even able to describe the colors in the room, explain that!

@mynameismatt2010 Oh god... Where did you get that information ? They obviously turned it at their advantage. It is well known that blind people do imagine the world close to what it really is. So they can hallucinate just as any other person.
As for the colors... All it requires is her going once at the hospital with someone before that. It's not like they will change the colors each month and suddunly paint it pink and green.
Also, these kind of experiences are often exagerated by witnesses.

I also dont think deja vu is that mysterious. I think its just your brain thinking its seen places or things happening before but it hasn't. For example my farther has a lot of deja vu when his blood sugar levels go up. On a daily basis he says he has seen things the night before in his dreams. Its just your brain thinking its seen them things before. In my opinion anyway.

I don't think Deja Vu is sll that mysterious. Memory is an incredible part of the brain, and a lot of of what we see in our life styles look similar. Like buildings for example as is said in the vid. I think it's just the brain going into memory over drive or something for a brief moment.

1 - Placebo effect is interesting. And it's also worth mentioning that it can work the other way around too. With people making themselves literally sick with worry. There ARE limits to what the mind can do to it's own body, but it does affect it.
2 - Psychic powers are pure bullshit. Otherwise someone would be a million dollars richer from James Randi.
3 - Although not fully understood near death experiences are almost certainly hallucinations. (And certainly NOT evidence of an afterlife.)

4 - UFO's again are bullshit. And pushed by people who demonstrably have no standards of evidence whatsoever. With the aliens in the stories always acting in very silly unscientific ways. Alien life is probably scarce in the universe anyway and advanced life more scarce still. So it's extremely unlikely there are visiting aliens, to say the LEAST.
5 - Deja Vu is interesting, although attaching mystical psionic significance to it is very silly. It has more to do with thing as false memories.

Deja-vu is not a mystery. It occurs when the brain is tired and neurons misfire, automatically storing current information into the memory. Normally this happens slowly over time and as we sleep, but during this "short circuiting" of the brain, it jumps from "happening now" to "stored memory" instantly. This is why you get the sensation of "remembering." You ARE remembering it, but it's from right now.

Another theory was that the subconscious mind works faster than the conscious mind, sometimes you may think and recognize a moment using the subconscious part of your brain and as the conscious part catches up, you mistakingly think you've seen it twice.
