  • The "Minute Waltz" is also a walz, is that also supposed to be played slowly? This is the correct tempo for this piece. I´ve heard it being played even faster...

  • I get bored after the first 8 notes! He plays like a five year old on a toy piano it's terrible.

  • its too fast mother fucker

  • another pianist flying through this gorgeous piece. why so fast...it's a waltz not a race. slow down people!!

  • Tempo is fine its just another way of playing it - there are plenty of alternative versions to listen to.

  • I must say, slow down. It's hard to take in the beauty of this piece when played so fast.

  • alexei sultanov i can say just congrats.... you are a very clever boy and.. keep going!!!

  • @stefaniuliarenata he can't... :\

  • @stefaniuliarenata he is dead :(

  • Excellently played, though seems to be just a bit too fast.

  • overly fast, mechanical play.

  • hes too serious

  • Great pianist, but don't think Chopin suits him.

  • This is very beautiful performance of my favorite Chopin Waltz. THanks for sharing.

  • I love his left hand! :)

  • wow!!!

  • agreed with keymusicstudios, as a classical piano enthusiast and (somewhat) connoiseur, Mr. Sultanov introduces too quick of crescendos and discentis for the piece, the whole piece should be more staccato with consistency in how loud the notes are played, it should sound like a horse marching perfectly, however the slowing and speeding up isn't adequate for a waltz, maybe more for Chopin's Ballade, but not a waltz...this was f ucking terrible

  • Beautiful technique and control and an impressive performance, however I feel he could improve his interpretation of the work through listening to others-a little quick over a few of the middle sections i felt however well played

  • You are the great amazing artist - You ought to live and play on the piano - a l w a y s

  • beautiful !!!!! hope to play like that

  • really good

  • Where is the rubato?

  • He's rushing to fast, to few emotions. Though his playing is good.

  • I can see why no first prize was awarded.

  • @gojewla i don't get it

  • eltachimetro and meneltar, you are idiots!

  • Come now, let's not be unkind. Perhaps he didn't win one of the world's most prestigious competitions, but this is an enjoyable performance from a relatively young artist. And he's better than you.

  • i think he plays it too fast, and there is few rubato... 8-)

  • Vietchnaya pamyat!

  • R.I.P. Alexei
