It had potential to be a classic even but the budget was too low.

Now give this script to wes craven or someone and he'll turn this into a masterpeice there's something creepy about a person that feeds kids eyeballs in icecream.

I saw this movie when it was originally released in 95! Far from the worse movie. Definately more funny than scary. mack hail is a twisted actor though. He had me dying laughing in Carnage Road playing some driver! Only good moment in THE worse movie ever made.

The Killer goes after only 2 of the many kids in the film, more adults he went after, and the director of the film plays the killer and his acting makes him sound like the ice cream man is a robot. Did I mention the Detective's dialog is Dubbed (ADR-ed).

i've seen this film! how can you say worst film ever? it is amazing! the funniest thing i have ever seen. the best part is probably when he chases the fat boy down the road in the ice cream van but just isnt able to catch up with him. its daytime at this point but then on the next seen where he's still chasing him its night time haha.
