I don't think anyone has a problem with this cultist "reading the bible". From what I can tell, he was preaching, loudly orating to a captive audience. If folks want this type of religious mythology they can go to his church to listen to his sermons. He should stop pestering people and making more enemies for himself and his cult on the streets.
No different to reading Mein Kampf out loud really.

Would the same thing had happened if he read out loud The U.S. Constitution or the mornings newspaper, or maybe recite some dirty jokes?
The right is of freedom of speech, not the right to not hear speech we don’t necessarily agree with.
