no they are not. the owner's manual says the following:
"specially developed AE keys provide an action that is lighter than on an acoustic piano, yet sensitive and natural, so the player who is used to a grand piano can switch to a pf85 easily. velocity sensitivity to allow expressive performance with subtle variations in tone and volume that respond to the way you play. full 16-note polyphonic capability."

The keys on pf80 are weighted. They have actual lead weights on them. The keys return up with kind of a leaf spring. (So no hammer action)
I believe it has the same AE ("Action Effect") keyboard as pf85.
