Damn I saw this on Sons of Guns and I thought they just put an artillery shell in the tube but it turns out that its a bird bomb........AWESOME!!!!!!!!
bird bombs are pest control items. They are illegal if they have over 1/4 ounce of explosive in them and thats including the blackpowder to launch it. Its felony possession of an illegal destructive device. You don't want to have these in your possession. You don't know who made them or if they are safe to shoot. They can and do explode in the launcher and injure people.
It is also illegal to launch them from a 37mm... It makes the launcher an unregistered Distructive Device!!! A 37mm can only launch gas or flares as a Title 1 Firearm.
@proinfidel 37mm smooth bore is NOT a title 1 firearm. they are not firearms at all, per batfe. 37mm rifled bore is a title 1 firearm; 40mm rifled is an nfa item as it exceeds the bore size (diameter) of a title 1 firearm

No, it's not the Havoc, but Havoc looks just like mine. I'm not even sure what mine is, I'd have to look, but I know it's not a Havoc. Yeah, 16" Bushy with a Phantom suppressor.
You can typically pick them up at the Crossroads gun show in Phoenix. You'll just have to look around a bit. Plan on spending $300 for the launcher and another $100 for the AR-15 mounts. You can also get mounts for AK-47.

@GunsOfThePhoenix just 37 mm. 40mm are made for the grenades so its harder to find grenades for the 37mm :)

The 37MM launchers can be owned legally, and a 40MM M203 can be purchased on a tax stamp as a destructive device through the proper FFL holder.
