I imagine it would have, we can't see the camera movement because the background is of a green/blue screen. The street you can see is put in by a computer so it doesn't appear to move on the footage.

I have seen other quake vids with the places rocking and having been in a thirty second tremmor in New York in the early 80's I can assure yall that there is noththing like waking up at 2am inside a building with lots of building on top of you to crush you like a bug.

Now that vid is scary because of the sound. That deep rumbling like the building is getting raped by two giants is too terrifying to explain. That one just kept on going and to think so many folks died in it is just too scary.

You're obviously not too bright. That background is prerecorded footage on a green screen. It's not a window. And because it's green screen, the image won't move. The desk, on the other hand, was in front of the green, so the camera and chroma key only caught the desk moving.
