YouTube is not "biased against christians". Videos by people of faith are often rated poorly because their content is judged, by other users, to be poor. This isn't rocket science, here.
If the faithful want to disable ratings to prevent low scores, then they're welcome to do so. I think it's cowardly, but that's just my opinion.
At least you've allowed comments and ratings. It's the only way to get the ideas flowing back and forth.
