These vermin kill each other all the time. I find 2 to 6, up to 17, dead weekly. If a new leader takes over, he kills all the young ones so the females go in heat and mate with him. They fight over females, food, land, just about anything. If food is scarce, the either leave the babies, or eat them. If a male becomes too aggressive, I catch him and feed him to the sharks. Kind of takes him down a few notches.
