I think the video was fake. I googled, there was no Hanryu festival in 2012, January in Tokyo Yoyogi park. There was plea market schedule. I think that the footage was plea market.
Considering the footage of the video 0:11, The Thai festival was 2010.5.15~16. It means, It was few days later the golden week(the biggest holiday season of Japan). But I am sure when was the Hanryu festival in 2012.

I'm Thai and have a bunch of young Japanese female friends. Many of them have told me that they're quite favor about K-pop, drama, food and also Korean guys. So I'm pretty sure that K-wave have some influences in some Japanese women's perception and many Asian women's imagination. Anyway, it's great that you guys enjoyed eating Thai food:-)

Considering the footage of the video 0:11, The Thai festival was 2010.5.15~16. It means, It was few days later the golden week(the biggest holiday season of Japan). But I am sure when was the Hanryu festival in 2012.

Because Japan have territorial issue of Takeshima(Dokuto) and we have often proposed them solving in the International Court of Justice, but they have been rejecting it and have illegally occupied Takeshima.
But I love Thai because of Thai cuisine.
