I'm about to run out and get my ingredients for the wonderful banana pudding you made. I know it was almost 3 years ago when you did the video but that is a timeless recipe, and you made it look so easy. Thanks for making cooking fun and accessible to ordinary moms like me! I really love your videos! I like how you always make things from scratch and have really fresh recipes. I love cooking and I have always wanted to make cream puffs. I've tried looking for a recipe for cream puffs on youtube but haven't found very good ones. I would love it if you could show how to make cream puffs. I tried last weekend using a recipe I found on the internet but it didn't turn out well. Thanks for the great videos!!! :)

I am going to try these with some buttermilk in the recipe. Also, did u use regular unbleached flour, or self-rising flour?

Self-rising flour self-rises because the baking powder is already in it. He added baking powder, so he definitely used all-purpose flour. :]
