  • This isn't true. Running is the best form of exercise in my opinion. It really does help you lose weight because if you look at any professional runner, you will notice that they are very skinny. Runners are also less likely to have heart disease because it's a very good form of cardio that get's your blood moving. Doctors also suggest that if you have a cold that you should run. This video is bullshit.
