Yeah, I prefer different voice actors for different roles. It seems cheap only hiring four voice actresses for six roles.

Not to mention, Dash, AJ and Fluttershy are the only VAs of the mane six whose singing VAs also do their normal speaking. Twilight, Rarity, and Pinkie each have different VAs for their singing, so in total there are actually 7 VAs voicing the mane six.

It's quite rare for actors to be a good at singing, and singers who can act. Course then you have people like Kristen Stewart who can't do either.
