Digger - They get to D4 because Sergio uses the 83g model Diamana Blueboard. If the driver was cut to 45" it would be atleast D6ish due to the 20 extra grams extra in his shaft than OEM shaft.
So he put 4 tapes on, didn't weigh the grip or head and cut the shaft down, all from random components, then come up with the D4 swing-weight for Sergio's specs.
if you are using double sided tape do you not peel off the layer or is it already peeled off because how do you touch it without it sticking to you?? and how long will it take for the solvent to dry??
Great Video! Really interesting! I can't wait to get a new Superdeep. My question is - I am used to having my Driver and 3 Wood Spine aligned. Have the Taylor Made shafts been spine aligned before the TP logo is applied? My Driver is a Tour Issue R7TP460 hot melt with a Spine aligned Speeder 757 Tour Spec shaft. I love it but want a similar spine aligned shaft in the Superdeep when it comes out. Many thanks, Dan
i think he meant to say 43.5 and most guys play a 44

Howie7777777 1 year ago
No they have not. The Tour Truck guys do not use spine alignment for the most part.
THPGOLF 1 year ago
@THPGOLF they dont do that because when they mess with the fct the spine place changes anyway
