@gingerbear24oo because ballerina's do this, a grande plie. which she is doing, a bend, plie. a grand plie goes down so the calves touch the thigh, or sometimes so the thighs are parallel to the ground, and this is what we do just to get a bigger stretch
I just did this and found myself bending forward a lot on accident. To fix this I took a step back from the chair and only touched it when I needed to so id have no choice but to use my core and not my lower back.

i cant wait to try this at home. i could never figure out how to work those muscles. instead the outter and hamstrings got all the toning (imagine-yuck) so now im gonna be able to stop bandits with my inner thighs.
@SarahsFabChannel I noticed your uncontrollable muscle spasms, buttt I also noticed your giggles before you lost complete control of your muscles. Either way it provided me with laugher this morning, so thank you. Love your intensity, keep it up!
