  • wankers same happend to me

  • while most of the blame lies with the driver, the rider was at fault too. lane splitting is always dangerous and requires tremendous amounts of attention and focus. the rider should have noticed the truck's blinker.

  • ASSHOLE, he probably had a bad day at work lol

  • turn signal or not, it's the trucks responsibility to negotiate a SAFE lane change, which he clearly did not. If I were investigating this accident I would place the fault with the truck driver.

  • I like the first thing the biker calls the driver. ;p

  • There no reason for that man to be turning

  • did you sue the guy? looks like you have a good video for a lawsuit

  • i hate the crazy ass people who drive cars now a days and dont respect motorcycle drivers, just complete stupid asses. i ride bikes myself

  • The Truck put his signal on as the biker was right up on him. the prick hit him on purpose. take away his driving licence and kick him in the nuts. 5 times. I dunno.

  • You want to see tight gaps go to new York los Angeles or Beijing

  • @thefamoushat25 you telling me you can't hear him pull the throttle open as he passes the 1st vehicle and by the way everyone who says there isn't enough room for the pick up to fit in between the to trucks must be mad, there's plenty of room, if you want to see a tight gap come to London.

  • you wer damn lucky the truck dident drive over you

  • What do you expect, bikers racing between vehicles is suicide, in the UK the law states a max 10mph when filtering through traffic, obviously bikers find this very hard to achieve as you need a brain first to understand the law.

  • @disco101170 He was clearly not racing through the traffic, and to say that bikers have no brains is just dumb. Think about the paramedic motorbikers who go to the scene of accidents on bikes to save peaple, you think they have no brain ?

  • ouch...that happened to me a few days ago on my moped...except i was able to swurve and just got my leg clipped..i didnt fall tho

  • it WAS intentional. he had absolutley no room to turn there and would've hit the big rig if not the bike. he turned on his signal RIGHT before he veered his wheel so he would have no fault in the matter. in court, he could simply say he was trying to merge and didnt see the bike because of his tool boxes. he was just pissy cuz the bike was doing what he wished he could. if he was on a bike in traffic like that he would do it too. it was intentional. you own a car. not the whole damn road.

  • @mechanicalherbz I am fucking mad and I agree with your all of your statements. That's all I have to say.

  • I mean where the fuck s that truck gonna go!!!

  • wow I have reason to believe this was done intentionally. fucking assholes on the streets just looking for accidents

  • ooh damn 0:09

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah

rider's fault. However...it does almost look intentional. I mean where was that truck going? it would have hit the Semi if the bike hadn't come through

  • stupid things happens to stupid drivers!!!!!

  • THE MEXICAN GUY SAID (MIRA POR DONDE VIENES) Meaning watch where you going man, crazy crash that just happens.

  • The truck driver didn't check the mirrors or he is just an idiot !

  • truck had his turn signal on but he was trying to go into a spot that was to small for his truck kinda looks like he did it on purpose

  • Comment removed

  • Motorcyclists should crash more often <3

  • yeah driver defiantly did this on purpose i understand riding between lanes is illegal in most places ive done it here and there but just rewatch the video a few times and youll see there was no way the truck had room to switch lanes it was obviously intentional

  • it's good that the huge truck didn't go over him

  • I would say 'Selber Schuld, Ulknudel!'!

  • that stupid fucck didnt even have room to change lanes.

he did this shiit on purpose

  • whether its legal or not that was a dum idea to ride between cars with that much traffic that was basically asking to get hit all riders do dum stuff with me being one but that should have been flat out common sense not to do.

  • @gsxr286

saves me 2 houres every morning and again every evening

so yeh 20 houres less traffic every week is worth the risk for me

  • he wasnt rapily acclerating, and the truck didnt even have clearance to jump into the next lane the 18 wheeler was right there, guy probably just got pissed he has to wait in traffic

  • Sorry dude, you had that coming, I never ride my bike between cars like that just because of what happened to you!

  • You had that coming ,,, after all you choose to drive a bicycle!

  • It is legal although not the smartest thing. Don't really know the laws of the location, but the truck had no turn signal.

  • looked like he did that on purpose, either way i would have kicked shit outta him !!

btw in the UK its legal to pass like this

  • They're both idiots.

  • There is a difference between "legal" and "Smart". It is not the truck driver that is "stupid" but rather is the rider who thinks that "he is in the right". How many cagers do you think are even aware of the legality of lane splitting? The subject of stupid bikers zipping through traffic isn't exactly a "common" question on a driving test. Sure, bikers know about it because it IS part of their/our road rules but very few of my non-biker friends even have a clue. It is up to YOU to perserve

  • @ndabunka in the UK its legal to 'filter' traffic like this, we are even allowed to do it in our test, as they say on bikes its forward progression !!

  • auuuuuuuu :( doaree kred nici n2 semnalizat ;) kereii banii ma ;)

  • ah, filtering is so much fun, isn't it?

riding a bike is so much fun without doing any filtering, if you ask me.

i can't judge the skill of car drivers around me, so i don't filter.

    at all.

(yeap, i'll be the one behind the car on the traffic light, because i dislike bending my head too much when i'm first on the light..hehe)

  • @i4004

thats the whole point of motorcycles... some insurence company here calculated that if 25% of all the cars standing still in heavy traffic, would change there cars into motorcycle's, and filter, we would barely have any heavy traffic left

  • @denoot888:no, traffice jams are problems of (big) cities and infrastructure(and bikes will never be missively represented in traffic..most people are afraid to ride them..but you'll have more and more cars and jams, surely). and i just don't view bike as a means to get fastest lane thru the city: i see it as a "perfect vehicle" or perfect machine once i leave the city.but not living in a city i see it as a perfect vehicle _full-stop_

  • @i4004

if thats how you want to ride, than thats what you should do :)

me however, i have the choise, drive every day on a lane in traffic for 2 - 3 houres, or drive between the lanes and be home in 45 mins

  • @denoot888 exactly! for you bike is everyday commuting machine, for me a pleasure machine, so 10, 20 or 30min more on it only adds to experience! also, there is nothing in the city for me to see on a bike. i like green better than gray! _wink_

but you should not be surprised if somebody opens the door in awkward moment, or doesn't see you etc. that goes with the choice you made. offcourse, in the video above, truck driver didn't gave signal early enough.

  • @i4004

the goverment here made quite some adverts and so to make people more aware of bikers splitting lanes,(because they want to get rid of heavy traffic) its quite funny, when u drive thru you see all those cars go to the left and right, making you an opening

the only danger is foreign people, sometimes in there countrys it aint legal yet

i saw one german driver being really pissded of that his precious BMW got scratched... he didnt calm down untill police told him he was in fault

  • i think the driver knew what he was doin

  • Ha Ha:) Maybe nest time you will wait just like everyone else

  • @kalgstol idiot

  • deshalb überhol ich nie rechts

  • what a dickhead, look in your fucking mirrors!

  • palant dostał za swoje tylko troche za słabo

  • @princenoah21

    fuck, ur retarded?

if 25% people in all those cars would just get a motorcycle and drive inbetween heavy traffic

without cars cutting em off, there would barely be any heavy traffic left

  • @denoot888 Retarded? Says the dipshit who can't spell "you're"

And it serves the biker right for knowing it was dangerous

  • @princenoah21

im sorry that my main languege isnt english, hell, never even learned it on school, all from the internet, so yeh, ill try my best, but ofcourse ill make a mistake every once in a while

and it isnt dangerous at all, if all cars just stay in there lanes, instead of hopping lanes all the time cause they think that lane is faster....µ

if u hate standing in traffic with ur car... and get pissed at all the bikes driving thru, theres a solution ;)

  • @denoot888 No, don't try to make excuses. You're just a dipshit who can't spell worth a damn. And yes, it IS dangerous no matter what. That biker was completely at fault no matter how much you make a retard of yourself

  • @princenoah21

ask any law-knowing officer and ask him whos at fault

ill give you a hint: he was on 4 wheels when it happened

  • @denoot888 You're so stupid. It was completely the biker's fault and cops are not the ones to ask about laws. Leave the internet and take your stupidity with you

  • @princenoah21

geez, how old are you? 13?

so noone should obey the law? they should just all listen to you instead?

  • @denoot888 You're fucking retarded. How old are YOU? Five?

Lane splitting is DANGEROUS and that crash is why. And you are just as dangerous to people for supporting the biker. Please go kill yourself. Nobody will miss you

  • @princenoah21

    actually im 22, and i ride a honda cb1000r

i lane split every day, and i never had an accident doing so

the guy in the car was the only one in fault here

its not because YOU dont like bikers and YOU think its dangerous that everyone should obey your will... thats why we have laws

hell i shall never get on a plane, because ME thinks its dangerous, that doesnt mean i should go tell everybody not to fly...

  • @denoot888 No. Don't try to justify his actions just because you do it and haven't gotten hurt, YET. It's fucking dangerous and you are too for supporting him. If I see you on a motorcycle, I will hit you with my truck and leave you to die. You're a nazi-pig who supports dangerous driving and you deserve no rights to drive anything ever

  • @princenoah21

    read your last comment again,

your calling me a "nazi-pig" for driving inbetween traffic in a legal way, yet, you claim you would hit a biker on purpose and leave him there to die

if anyone should have there license taken, its you

  • @denoot888 No, dipshit. It's NOT legal and THAT'S why. You're a nazi who supports dangerous driving and that's why you deserve to die

  • @princenoah21

get an update on ur laws bro, september 2011, it got updated, all legal now :)

wether if its dangerous or not, if i drive inbetween traffic, i mite make a scratch on someones car, and hurt MYSELF

if you hit a biker on purpose, and leave him there do die, than whos the dangerous driver?

and just wondering, how does nazi's fit in here?

  • @denoot888 You're the dumbest dipshit I've ever seen. You don't act 22, you act like you're 6. And if you scratched my car, I would crush you with it. I hope you do get hurt for your dangerous driving, asshole.

    And you're STILL a Nazi

  • @princenoah21

one day, when you grow up, read ur last few comments again

im gonne stop responding to you now

ps. do you even know what a nazi is?

  • @denoot888 About fucking time, asshole. Now go get hurt on your motorcycle so I can kick you while you're down. And yes I know what a Nazi is. Punks like you who think the law doesn't apply to you, dipshit. Please get hurt so I can laugh in your face

  • @princenoah21

dont know where your from, but here its al legal allright, so i got nothing to worry about

    your really really sad

  • @denoot888 Sad? Says the one who thinks the laws don't apply to him. And I thought you were done replying to me? Dipshit

  • @princenoah21

oh the laws apply very much to me, and i do hope i meet you one day, however i realize your most likely just another E-thug who got bullied all his life and takes it out on the internet now,

but if you really do these things you said you would, i'd be living of you for the rest of my life :)

and yes im done arguing with you, cause your justoto damn stupid to understand that it is LEGAL right here in my country

  • @denoot888 No. You're fucking retarded. It's NOT legal. And you still can't spell for shit. If you can't even spell the word "you're", why should you be allowed to operate a motorcycle?

    Bye bye, you ignorant asshole

  • @princenoah21

looks like you're the only retarded one here, its not cause lane splitting was illegal few years ago when you got your license, that it stays illegal forover, LAWS GET UPDATED

and i already told you, my main languege isnt english, so yeh i cant spell for shit

or would you like to continue in my languege, and see how your spelling works out there?

also i dont see how spelling and riding a motorcycle is relevant?

  • @denoot888 This is the 3rd time you lied. Are you going to keep replying, or will you fuck off and kill yourself?

And you are retarded because lane-splitting is NOT legal at all, dipshit. And you still can't spell for shit, dumbass. Go kill yourself, right now. Nobody will ever miss you.

  • @princenoah21

instead of all the swearing, wich you seem to like very much just answer me these simple questions

1 - how is spelling related to riding a motorcycle

2 - how do you know it aint legal here?

3 - why are you so frustrated?

  • @Timbitts68

law got updated, as of september 2011 its legal to drive inbetween lanes

  • Where was the ute going??... between the 2 trucks!!!... I think he did it on purpose?..

    !!

  • Doesn't matter if he was lane splitting or not...drivers cut us off all the time. Thats why I hate riding in heavy traffic you have no way out once a vehicle starts to creep into your lane and all you have is a second to either slow down and hope not to get rear ended or speed up in front of him. Don't even bother changing lanes because in heavy traffic you don't have time to check your mirrors and look with your head at your blind spot.

  • All lane splitting means is it's a "legal" loophole that allows you to pass on the right side of a vehicle(s), which is Illegal and never a good idea. I agree that if you are going to lane split through congested traffic, you shouldn't rapidly accelerate. Riders' fault.

  • @davids122 actually lane splitting is legal in California. Which I think this must have been. If not riers fault..

  • @davids122 It wasn't the riders fault! You can clearly see that the truck swerved into him on purpose. There's no way he could have fit in between the two semis, look at the angle! I would have charged the driver of that truck with attempted vehicular manslaughter! But since it's in Mexico, I would have just shot him in the street!

  • @davids122 are you insane ?? yes I agree that it is dangerous to sift through traffic however the driver clearly turned in on purpose. It is clear from the video that there was not enough room for the driver to fit inbetween the lorrys. The car driver made no attempt to indicate, which is illegal, and the car driver would obviously use his mirrors when changing lanes. How can you say its the riders fault after seeing how obvious it was that the driver was to blame.

  • @thefamoushat25 Yes, I guess I'm insane. Watch closely, the truck had his turn signal on when he veered right to make the lane change. I agree that there was minimal room for that truck to fit between the two semis and it was a dick head lane change, perhaps to take an upcoming off ramp. When you're lane splitting and passing people on the right, that's the risk that you take accelerating through slower traffic. The motorcyclist missed the turn signal.

  • @davids122

Motorcycles push the gas if they fall.

He didnt start to accelerate that much

  • fuckin idiot car drivers

  • Lane splitting in California is legal up to 30 mph! They say the trade off is that it's a helmet law state. Either way, bike weather safe or not was legal

  • Distance between the trucks is simply too short to jump in all of sudden. I would be honking at him like a mad man if I was the truck driver on right.

  • either way if the guy on the motorcycle wasn't there this guy would of hit the truck for sure look closely.idiot

  • If you ride a motorcycle, No matter what else anybody else is doing, you have got to be safe on that bike. Because it's you who is riding, and you are responsble for yourself, You know other people are mostly safe but, for the most part 80% of people don't give a damm!

  • Doesn't matter if its legal or not, filtering/splitting is never a good idea.

  • You want to lane split (which is illegal) then the risk is on you, as well as the onus of giving way being the overtaking driver(rider)

Indicator did come on, admittedly not for very long but overtaking gives way....everywhere in the world.

  • @tubethiskiwi not sure where you come up with these facts, but they're all wrong

  • @tubethiskiwi dont spew retarded shit if you didnt research prior to it.

lane splitting is legal/illegal depending on the country you're in.

this is very painfull to see, the car driver could easily see him, he just didnt bother to look, thats what happens when your brain is on cruise control, you turn the indicator signal and assume you've given yourself the permission to change lane. WRONG.

poor rider, maybe if he was going faster he could take a right and right again through the side lane.

  • Remember the rule: "it is the responsibility of the one making the pass..." This is rider error. The truck quite clearly has crappy rear-view visibility, and the biker tried to gun past him. The rider should have hung back until he was sure the truck could see him.

  • @Empty0Set the bike was in the view of the truck's right mirror since before the truck passed the HGV, nothing in the way of his veiw, so the truck obviously didn't check his mirror at all. i don't see why people are even talking about it, its the truck drivers fault

  • @Dooneymaloony

I still blame the rider: the rider should have made sure the driver saw him, by making eye contact with the truck driver or waiting for the truck to make a little room for the rider, as the SUV did. Lane-splitting should be done by creeping up past cars, not accelerating through them.

  • Did it on purpose. Truck driver should be beat for that dirty move.

  • truck wasnt fitting in that hole anyway

  • im reading the comments and ppl are saying bike error, i replayed the vid there was no indication from the van driver and if anyone says other wise anwser me this... how in gods name was that van gonna fit in the gap he was going for between to HGV's, and too all fucked up car drives who hate bikers filtering is a legal maneuver.

  • trust no 1...

  • Almost looks like the truck did it on purpose. Had he not hit the bike, he probably would've turned into the front of that 18 wheeler.

  • it's a damn shame that biker wannabee never took the hazards of no zones (areas of a truck's blind side) seriously

  • hahaha the motorcycle driver said mother fucker

  • Driver should always look!

  • i think the bike screams too,

dam man, be careful next time :'

  • is it bad to lane split between ongoing and ongoing lanes :)

  • Jeb'o bih mu ja majku!!! :S

  • what do u do after putting on ur turn signal? yes check ur blind spot.

  • @harley84fly True, but guessing speed of a motorcycle is a tricky thing and he was not going exactly slow.

I often go between lines myself but at such speeds that I'am sure (or I hope) that I can prevent such errors.

  • Smallest turning signals I've ever seen on a truck. Still is the bike rider in error, but that's some tough luck. This hardly ever happens in Asia, since there are so many riders, and cars/trucks look out for them--bikes riding through the middle of two lanes is also as common as hell, and is mostly legal. In North America, this is a much bigger problem.

  • You should have stayed in your lane. No sympathy except for the truck driver. Good job making his insurance go up

  • holy shit did the semi run over the driver?

  • motorista do caminhao fdp, da seta e entra de um segundo pro outro sem olhar pro retrovisor, animal

  • Thats how I went down....! LOL

  • Holy Shit 0:13 Put some air in your tires!

  • That truck did not even have room to switch lanes, and I own a cbr1000, he couldve stopped dead in that amount of room.

Basically what we have here IS FUCKING MEXICANS WHO CANT FUCKING DRIVE

The last 3 accidents I have been in were caused BY FUCKING MEXICAN WETBACK SPICS WHO CANT DRIVE

    FUCKING ANIMALS

  • @runiggarunrunrun HOW THE FUCK are they wetbacks in their own fucking country dumbass

  • @calfan3 They are wetbacks WHEREVER THEY GO, you probably are one, beaner piece of shit go home.

  • @runiggarunrunrun hey many they are only wetbacks when they cross the rio grand lol

  • Damn Mexicans! LMAO and i'm Mexican.

  • holey shieet buddy thats scary id be so pissed the driver got in my face when i would already be mad

  • Man bro ur lucky tht diesel truck on your right seen u and Damm tht truck driver....B careful

  • @0:18 MOTHER FUCKER!

  • @asapsteve that truck started to "change lanes" way to early, he wanted to cut off the motorcycle. if the motorcycle was not there and he did try to merge over, the middle of his truck would've hit the semi's front tire

  • The turn signal dosent permit you to change line whenever you like. First you turn the signal, then look at mirrors and then if there is no one around you make the maneuver.

  • He did that shit on purpose man he would got my fukin helmet across his fuckin head

  • The truck signalled but obivously didnt look before he moved, but I dont understand why he'd move out of the lane of faster moving traffic to the almost stationary line of trucks.

BUT HEY ITS MEXICO! So nevermind..

  • Every person that says its the bikers fault is an idiot. If the biker wasnt there the truck would have hit the trucker. There was to small of a gap for him to try to jump in that fast.

  • deserved it, learn how to drive and follow the rules like the rest of us.

  • stupid mexican

  • I wouldve killed the dude in the white truck, fck'in idiot. he did that on purpose. Kill'em!!!!!

  • Put your turn signal on at the last second, then cut over like a maniac.

  • Riders fault.

  • That guy did see you, that's for sure! what an asshole!

  • уебок на пикапе

  • I only lane split when the traffic is extremely slow or stopped. Otherwise this could happen.

  • Before anything, the First thing they taught us at Motorcycle Riding School was...

    YOU ARE INVISIBLE!!!!

No one sees motorcycles because no one os out there looking for them.

    Be Carful Dude..

  • I don't think it was a deliberate attempt of hitting the biker, the lorry the biker was passing right as the crash happened was breaking to let the truck in I think... either way filtering at any great speed isn't too smart just because drivers are unpredictable and generally don't look for bikers. Stay safe bro.

  • THE MOTHER FUCKER SAID AT THE END "NO TE VI" I DID'NT SEE YOU

  • Truck had his turn signal on so bike error!

  • @asapsteve doesn't matter....look where he is driving.

  • @asapsteve You dumbass. You can't put your turn signal on less than a half a second before you turn, and then claim it's safe driving.

Turn signals need to stay on for 3-5 seconds before you turn.

  • @CutthroatBill drive like an idiot get run over like a fool. If you're going to split lanes you better keep your eyes on the car in front.

  • @asapsteve someone doesn't know how to drive...

I drive a car, not a bike and EVEN I know to fucking turn on my signal a good 5 secs before I turn. It's when we expect other people to drive "as required by the law" (100 yards minimum warning where I live) that we get people who mess up and kill someone else

  • @asapsteve look in your fuckn mirier

  • @asapsteve yeah but it was a late indication...

  • @asapsteve He put the turn signal on when the rider was about five feet from him, and then changes lanes almost instantly before the rider even had a chance to stop or slow down so truck error!

  • MOTHER FUCKER!

  • And this is why I never lane split, it's just stupid and the risk is not worth the time you'll save.

  • @Amazon599 In London, it takes around 2 hours to drive into town by car or 90 minutes by public transport. When I take the bike, it takes 40 minutes and £3 in petrol.

You are looking at an extra 600 hours (25 days) per year of your life not being stuck in traffic and around £1,000 to £5,000 saving. I know a few directors and CEOs in London that ride a bike because to them, just like to me, it's worth it.

Drivers in Mexico just seem reckless.

  • Fucking Bastard!!! He did that shit on purpose!!! I would killed his ass for that as soon as I got up!!! You don't screw a bike over like that and get away...

  • @treycurrieba agreed!

  • @treycurrieba stupid fucking biker's fault for not driving in a damn lane. wish he was killed

  • @mrroboto790 Depends, which state is he in? And you wish he was killed? You just lost a year of your life.

  • @treycurrieba i just lost a year of my life? yeah, well ignoring the stupidity of that, anyone who thinks they're above everybody else and can drive wherever they want with other people around and expect everyone to change the way they drive for them is obviously too dumb to be allowed on this planet.

  • @mrroboto790 Ok ya dumb muther fucker. The muther fucker in the truck is stupid and the biker is correct. The reason why I say this is because there way no way in fucking hell that that truck could fit in that slot. Oh and BTW if you wished he was killed then you go to hell. I can express me own god damn feelings and if you don't like it move the fuck on!

  • @treycurrieba don't tell me that you can express opinions and then tell me to move on..because i expressed my opinion originally and you flipped your fucking shit. the truck had his blinker on and the biker thought he was too good for everyone else in the road. this just proves what happens when you're an idiot and think you're all above everyone else on the road, which is already a dangerous place even without lane splitters

  • @treycurrieba Please explain how he got away? Because what i seen was an accident and the driver got out to help the guy up and probably did the legal thing and switch information. Even if he wanted to get away he couldnt have.

  • corredor tem que usar a busina se nao tem sempre um troxa que atravessa na nossa frente

  • I just had an accident yesterday from a motorcyclist spliting lanes....I was mid turn and she ran into my rear passenger wheel coming from the oppsosite direction...she split between the cars and the side walk and "blindly" went into the intersection and hit me.

  • the white truck would never have got in that gap in a million years, more so at the angle he pulled across! proper twat!

  • Cbr1000?

  • 0:20 mother fucker :D

  • at the end he says "you drove in to me" what a wanker

  • LOL

  • @luxus51 I work on claims like this all the time, truck didnt indicate enough, swerved which was reckless and the bike is allowed to filter as per the high way code. Truck caused the accident, indication does not give right of way :)
