Hey good results I saw that your struggling with yoga x and I was just wondering if you do it every week like the program says or do you substitute it for something like stretch x or cardio x. I'm a week and a half into my first phase and I can't stand yoga x lol. Its the only workout where I get frustrated from not being able to do the the poses and I feel like its just a waste of time. How crucial to results is it because right now I'm just trying to build mass not lose weight.
@moussy82 well I actually decided to buy the recovery drink, the reason i got it was becuase when i tried the first few days without it my soreness was really bad , and i thought if i kept going hard with the workouts i would injure myself, but i started over and i did take it i didnt really notice a big difference if any at all(but thats just me), so i decided just to keep going hard and as the days past my soreness decreased even while adding the routine workouts each day. stil not sure though

@smileyfacebob69 use more weights then pussy. P90X tells you to pick a weight and do the the sets. So you either A. Didnt pick heavy enough weights or B. You never even tried p90x and you're just trolling because you hate knowing that people can become more fit in 90 days, then you could in a year.

Protein helps to repair muscles and you get it in your food as well men usually take more of it (1 gram per pound of body weight) to bulk up... most women don't want to bulk so if that's you keep it to one AFTER workout.

Good job man. I am doing pushups and pullups too...in my experiance pushups are better than the bench press. and there is no beating pullups. Its also good to add in some narrow grip pushups to work all the mustles in your arms. these are tough at first, but after a few weeks of practice i can crank out 40 right after doing pullups (it works an entirely different muscle).
Heya man, you have some amazing results, post day 1 if possible so we can make some comparsion but anyway you have much to go and you are kinda ripped right now so keep hittin the gym !
