Later i realized that doll is the same doll ali has in her secret box! In the story of the twins ,the twins, looked like Ally, when it zooms in on the taxi the mental hospital on the sign of the back of the taxi is the same mental hospital her twin (courtney) went to in the books,and in Allisons room there was a family portrait with her bro standing in the middle then 2 of her (one on his right side, another on his left).

This is what I got from the promo, Emily and Spencer are fighting while in Ju-vie and if you watch in slow motion Aria tries to separate them but Hanna is no where to be seen, So I think it could be a distraction so Hanna can break out - That's just my theory, I think it's Hanna on the boat and she's fighting A because you see a blonde girl walking through Hanna's house dripping wet, Aria and Ezra are Exposed, Toby will be in hospital, Emily is showing Ali's box with the doll in it to A.
