Hmm...I think this was from .hack//SIGN episode 28 (or 29). It's supposed to take place after the original .hack games and is sort of a bonus thing in Japan. I don't think it ever got official dubbed (I'll have to double check later). It all takes place in Net Slum where everyone from the four games and SIGN just have a good time.
