Hey great video. I was at this show (just to see Anthrax) and was so stoked when they played this song. I'd seen them earlier in the year with Joey on vox (when they came with Megadeth) and they didn't play Skeletons. Great shows both times though, sad Joey left already.

This is totally a step back. Anthrax is w/out a doubt the best of that era of bands, but when they got Bush, they actually got better. After WHCFYA, I was stoked to see and hear what they would do next, and so this reunion was a letdown, they sound fine, but with John, they sound better. This is cool, though, the first I have seen with Joey again.

I think the reason the vocals sound bad is because the band isn't playing the song in the right key. Apparently the "in" thing for veteran metal bands to do is to tune all their old stuff down so they can impress the slipknot kids. pffft.

bringing it down a key most likely has more to do with accomadating the vocalist. As they get older, their ranges tend to drop a couple keys.
